【コメント】: "The Design of Everyday Things" by Donald A. Norman is said to be one of those great usability books. I bought mine at a major usability conference, believing the hype. My conclusion: Useful, but overhyped.

【コメント】: デザイナーのみならず、
あらゆる人に読んで欲しい本です。

要は「相手に対する思いやり」。

カッコいいデザイン、商品、サービスも、
相手を満足させなければ、ただのゴミである。

賞なんて関係ない、権威も意味が無い、
逆にそういったものがある人は、
余計なプライドが先行してしまい、
独りよがりのデザインや企画で終わってしまう。
