【コメント】: 最近のベストセラービジネス本作家、勝間和代さんが、ご自身の本で高く評価されているのをみて購入

なるほど、所謂「困った人たち」を何パターン化に分類し、それぞれのタイプに対する攻略法を的確に、そして具体的にアドバイスしてくれてあり、実生活でもすぐにでも役に立ちそうな本だ（自分自身も反省するところも有ったり、耳が痛い部分もあったり）

ただ、自分の日本語理解力に問題が有るのかもしれ...
